The conference will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, starting at 16.30 and will be held in the lecture hall at the Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital), 6 Weizmann Street, Sourasky Building, Floor -2, Wing D. The conference is geared toward patients and their families.

Free parking will be available on the day of the conference, starting at 16.00, on a first come first served basis, in the administration parking lot at the hospital, upon presentation of a letter of invitation.
