Every year, there is a vacation for families who have a child with cancer.
In recent years, this vacation has been held at Kibbutz Shefayim.
Hundreds of Jewish and Arab families, both secular and religious, new immigrants and native Israelis participate in this program; many of these families are large-sized.
The participants enjoy spending time at the water park and motor park in Shefayim, and a lively entertainment program featuring leading Israeli artists.
This vacation is a unique opportunity for these families to take a respite from the fight against the disease, and the stress and anxiety involved in the difficult treatments, as well as a chance to spend quality time together as a family.
The vacation is family-oriented, with an emphasis on its healthy members as well, affording them the opportunity to "recharge their batteries" to continue battling the disease.
Support a summer camp for families who have a child with cancer - US$ 750 (per family) and US$ 85,500 (the entire project). Kindly contact us, should you wish to contribute to this project. Please note that all donations received are transferred in full (no overhead is taken).
