This morning the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that smoking is forbidden on the theater stage, even when it is part of the play.
The decision was made as part of an appeal to the district court decision dating 27 October 2010. The appeal was submitted by Einav Avrahami through Attorney Amos Hausner.
