The Canadian Friends of the Israel Cancer Association, headed by Mr. Benzi Katan and Mr. Eitan Rachlis, organized "A Tribute to Arik Einstein for the Fight against Cancer".
A special performance, in memory of singer Arik Einstein, was held on Sunday, March 30, 2014, and the proceeds were dedicated to Israel Cancer Association activity in Israel.
The Israel Cancer Association Canadian Friends Branch, in collaboration with Mrs. Dafna Tzur, invited the public to an evening paying tribute to Israel's legendary musician Arik Einstein. The evening featured: songs, nostalgic comedy sketches, dances, vendor booths displaying works by Israeli artists for sale, and a performance delivered by guest singers.
The event of the Canadian Friends of the Israel Cancer Association was a great success, hosting about 150 people.
