ICA invites you to the exhibition of patient created artwork to be held in Haifa on 7 September - 18 September, 2014

You are cordially invited to the Annual Exhibition of Cancer Patients' and Survivors' Artwork.  These patients and survivors participate in arts and crafts workshops at the Israel Cancer Association Support Center in Bat Galim.

Big-Bullet-SQR.gif The workshops are held free of charge for cancer patients and survivors for a period of 3 years from the completion of their chemotherapy/radiation therapy treatments. The first exhibition was held last Passover, and garnered much success.

Big-Bullet-SQR.gif This year, two arts and crafts classes will be on display as part of the exhibit: the knitting and needlework class led by Ms. Shira Bangad and the papier-mâché class led by Ms. Irit Kurtz.

Big-Bullet-SQR.gif The Exhibition will be held at the Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt "Strong Together" Support Center for Cancer Patients, Survivors and their Families, located at 25 Rosenfeld Street in Bat Galim, Haifa.

Big-Bullet-SQR.gif The Exhibition will be launched on Sunday, 7 September 2014 and will feature:

bul3 New Year Greetings for Rosh Hashana 5765.

bul3 The young Haifa native, singer Renana Cohen, will deliver a volunteer performance consisting of several renditions.

bul3 Ms. Hedva Almog - Deputy and Acting Mayor of Haifa - will honor us with her presence.

bul3 MC: Ms. Bracha Sela - Secretary of the City of Haifa, who is one of the leading volunteers on the Steering Committee of the Haifa Branch of the Israel Cancer Association.

bul3 The Exhibition will open to the public on 7 September 2014 and close on 18 September 2014. Viewing hours: 8:30 to 17.00.
