ICA USA organised the Fifth successful Annual Golf Classic

ICA USA's Fifth Annual Golf Classic was held April 7, 2014, at Mayacoo Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach.  A field of more than 90 golfers took swings for a good cause to raise funds for cancer research. Golfers enjoyed brunch, an afternoon of great golf, silent auction, barbeque dinner, awards ceremony and live auction.

Mrs. Wilma Mooney chaired the event and together with her brother Mr. Stuart Sternberg funded a fellowship in memory of their mother. A second fellowship from the proceeds of the tournament was in memory of Mr. Richard Karp, former ICA USA board president.

The golf tournament was preceded by a brunch sponsored by Barclays Bank; Mrs. Elyssa Kupferberg, representing the bank, attended the event.

 

The golf tournament and dinner were followed by an awards ceremony and silent and live auctions. Jaguar Palm Beach was the Hole-in-One Sponsor.
