20 sailors of the Sixth Fleet arrived to help whitewash and paint the ICA Haifa complex

20 sailors of the Sixth Fleet, of the USS PORTER, anchored in the port of Haifa, arrived to volunteer at the Israel Cancer Association's Haifa Branch, to engage in painting and logistics jobs.

Outfitted in ICA t-shirts and "Sun Smart" hats, these volunteers scraped off old paint and rust, and then went on to paint the entire complex.

U.S. Navy Cmdr. Sean Maxwell, Naval Attaché in Israel (pictured in uniform), and Lt. Luke Wilson, U.S. Navy Chaplain (sporting a 'Sun Smart' t-shirt) arrived to meet and greet the US Navy sailors and congratulate them on their volunteer activity and community work.

The Municipality of Haifa provided refreshments, and Sundeck Ltd. supplied special paints free of charge.
