The ICA Haifa Branch invites children with cancer and their families, as guests, to the Haifa Educational Zoo, on Friday, June 17th, as part of the "Dreamnight at the Zoo" event - a collaborative initiative, being launched by the ICA and the Haifa Educational Zoo administration for the second consecutive year.

The Dream night is an international initiative, conceived at Holland's Rotterdam Zoo in 1996. Ever since then, zoos around the globe hold diverse activities in June for the benefit of child patients.
The happening at the Haifa Educational Zoo will feature a main performance delivered by FLY Theater, produced by Baryshnikov.
The children will be able to approach the animals, pat them and feed them, and will also have a chance to meet the animal caregivers. The event will also feature clown acts, make-up sessions, balloon shows and workshops. Light refreshments will also be served.
ICA Haifa Branch volunteers will greet the child patients and accompany them during the activities held at the zoo. "Atid" network volunteers who have recently joined the ranks of the ICA Haifa Branch family will also be volunteering at this event alongside the regular Branch volunteers.
