Give Kids the World

The ICA funds a week-long vacation for families of children with advanced-stage cancer at the Children's Village in Orlando Florida.

This vacation was initiated by ICA in memory of the late Miri Sheetrit.
The entire family, including brothers and sisters are sent to a special vacation village for children with cancer.
They are put up in villas that come with all the amenities to make their stay more comfortable and the children enjoy free admission to facilities and rides as well as additional attractions.
The families receive a car for their use and are provided with an English speaking escort.
There are positive and moving reverberations from the families upon their return to Israel and this positive feedback further reinforces the desire to continue making an effort to put a smile on these children's faces and allow them to make one of their dreams come true.
For some this is the last experience together with the entire family.
